This beautiful girl is looking for an experienced owner who understands that trust takes time. Once she settles in, she enjoys being around people, happily walking around and soaking up gentle pets and attention. During her assessment, she became playful, offering adorable play bows and showing a fun, engaging side.She tolerated handling of her paws, body, ears, tail, and mouth well and showed very little reaction to startling stimuli. She also displayed good manners around food, eating slowly and allowing her evaluator to pet her while she ate without issue.She has done well meeting other dogs. During introductions with Titus and Tessa, she showed appropriate social skills, inviting Titus to play with a play bow and giving Tessa a typical husky-style correction when needed. Based on her assessment, she may enjoy a compatible canine companion with proper introductions.She would do best in a home without cats, as she showed prey drive during her evaluation.While she is affectionate and playful, she can be a little unsure during some veterinary procedures.See staff.To help set her up for success, she is recommended for a home with older children and an experienced owner who can recognize her body language, respect her boundaries, and use patient, positive reinforcement.
