Georgina is a tortie girl full of surprises! She may trick you by starting out shy, but give her a few days, and this girl is the leader of your pack. She chats, comes running for pets, and plays with utter ferocity! Her foster say she's "spunky, playful very chatty, and loves affection. As soon as you call her name, she runs to you for pets and gives you big purrs. When someone leaves the house, she runs around looking for them. She even nuzzles her face into ours and gives kisses." Georgina was left in a bodega basement, where she lived inside a wall and was expected to hunt mice. When we rescued her, she was completely shut down and we had no idea how her personality would unfold. With love, snacks, and a bit of time, we've learned that Georgina has a TON of personality. Her perfect day involves waking up with her family (including her foster cat brother), meowing for pets, passionately hunting her toys (sometimes several at once), sleeping in the same room with you as you work, and exploring all the curiosities around your home. She's adaptable and can be adopted solo or into a home with another relaxed and playful cat, as long as they accept her occasional tortie-tude. Georgina is 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, free of fleas and parasites, and negative for FIV and FeLV.
