Hi! My name is Raggedy Andy, and I am BONDED with my best friend, Raggedy Ann. We are a package deal and must be adopted together. I am a shy but incredibly sweet boy who just needs a little extra time, patience, and lots of TLC to let my personality shine. I do well being handled and absolutely love small treats. I also get along well with other dogs, cats, and kids.
