Hi there! I'm Bailey! I'm an 8-month-old black and tan German Shepherd with a big brain, an even bigger heart, and endless possibilities! People tell me I'm pretty smart (I won't argue with that!), and I love learning new things. I'm already crate trained, which means I know how to be a good house guest. Now I'm just looking for a family who will help me keep learning and growing into the amazing dog I'm meant to be. I'm the perfect mix of sweet and active. Whether we're hiking, playing fetch, working on new tricks, or just hanging out together, I'm happiest when I'm with my people. I have lots of puppy energy, but I also have a soft side—I love affection and can't wait to be someone's loyal best friend. As a young German Shepherd, I have so much potential. With love, guidance, and adventure, there's no limit to what I can become. A hiking buddy? Absolutely! A training superstar? You bet! Your faithful companion through life's ups and downs? New Beginnings Shepherd Rescue is a foster based dedicated team of volunteers who work tirelessly to help adoptable German Shepherds find loving homes. Many of our dogs come from high-kill shelters, so we may not have a lot of background information, but we make it a priority to get to know each dog and share what we learn with you. These wonderful dogs have, more often than not, been loyal family pets and have lost their homes through no fault of their own.
