Opal is a 3-year-old, easygoing, and vocal girl looking for her forever home!This pretty lady likes to eat breakfast and then usually gets some zoomies in, running through her cat tunnel and playing with her toy mouse. She then will be ready to snuggle on my chest. She also naps in the sunlight by the sliding door where she can get the best views of the birds and squirrels. Most of the day is really chill and sleepy; then, around 8:00 p.m. she will get thezoomies for a little bit. At bedtime, this little princess prefers to sleep by your pillow or around your head area.Outside of her two-or-three times a day zoomies, Opal is very chill and quite chatty. We call her “vocal Opal” because she’s a talker! So if you’d like to have a conversation with her, she can definitely hold up her end of the bargain. She also loves talking to the squirrels and birds, so a home with nice windows and wildlife views would be perfect. Opal also *really* has fun with her catnip!This sweetheart currently lives with 1 adult, 1 teenager, and resident cat in a house. She doesn’t like to be picked up, so she would do best with gentle children who can respect that boundary. But outside of that rule, she’s friendly. She doesn’t hide when company comes, and she’s always ready to snuggle on your chest. Because she is very bonded with her people, Opal would thrive in a home with humans who work from home or are around a lot. The reward will be lots of great chats and plenty of love!
