Description
Meet Gingersnap and Ozzy, a sweet 3.5 month old duo that will melt your heart! These two are the perfect yin-and-yang duo of playful, affectionate, and cuddly. Gingersnap, a beautiful torbie, is the sweetest and gentlest little charmer with soft markies and the cutest nose. Her favorite thing in the world is to cuddle up to her human’s lap and soak up every scratch she can possibly get. She can have her playful spurts throughout the day, but will later retreat to a comfy spot where she can oversee her kingdom. She’s also a sunbeam seeker, happily stretching out in the afternoon light to soak up all the warmth. Easygoing and unflappable, she isn’t even afraid of the hand vacuum — she’ll chase the nozzle around like it’s a game. Gingersnap isn’t demanding or talkative. She’s a very polite princess that will express herself through purrs and kisses. She thrives in calm environments where her gentle nature can shine. Ozzy (nicknamed Batman) is the funniest, cutest little man you’ll ever meet — a tiny superhero with endless charm. He’s scrappy, playful, and loves to rumble with Gingernap and his other foster friends. Ozzy is always the first to figure things out. Counters? Conquered. New rooms? Explored. The freezer drawer? He’s already been inside. He approaches every adventure with enthusiasm. But when it’s time for a break, he can often be found curled up beside a foster uncle or tucked away somewhere unexpected, like the laundry hamper. Fair warning — with his dark coloring, Ozzy can slip into full Batman mode and disappear into a cozy hideout like it’s a kitten-sized Batcave. He’s been known to give his foster mom a heart attack or two! One thing to know about Ozzy is that he adores being held. He will flop into your arms like a ragdoll and happily hang out no matter what you’re doing — cooking, typing, walking around the house — all while purring nonstop. He’s simply thrilled to be close to his people. How did the members of this perfect duo meet? Gingersnap, as the only surviving kitten in her litter, spent her first few weeks solo. Once she joined her foster crew, she quickly blossomed and became best buddies with Ozzy. The two balance each other beautifully: Ozzy is the goofy comedian, and Gingersnap is the sweetest girly-girl.They will play-fight and romp together, then transform into snuggle bugs who melt into their human’s arms, soak up all the scratches, and drift off to sleep. Together, these two are the perfect pair for someone who wants both a bold, hilarious, and affectionate team with huge personalities and hearts of gold. Gingersnap and Ozzy currently live in a single-family home with their foster mom, 3 other foster cats, and 2 resident “feline uncles” aged 1 and 6. They are well socialized and comfortable with other cats, and are used to being in a lively, multi-cat household. These two would love a forever home with plenty of space to rumble and run, new places to explore, and a good place near a window to watch critters outside. They’d be a good addition to a home with a friendly, cat-loving resident feline that is able to be gentle given Gingersnap’s gentle nature. They wouldn’t do well with very young children as they have been cautious among toddlers, but older kids over 12 who are respectful with cats would likely be a good fit. More than anything, these two are looking for humans that will shower them with all the cuddle time, affection, and love as they can get! These two are the perfect duo of humorous, lovable, and endlessly snuggable, and whoever adopts them will be rewarded with love, laughter, and plenty of sweet kitten antics.
