Do you need an emotional support kitten? If so, Olivia—better known as "Livy Lu"—may be exactly who you've been looking for. Livy is a beautiful tabby with a bright white belly and the tiniest white tip on her tail. Watching that little tail bounce as she invites you to play is guaranteed to make you smile. When she's especially excited, she'll even strike an adorable little Halloween cat pose. She is a happy, easygoing, affectionate kitten who loves being with her people. Livy is wonderfully gentle with children and happiest curled up beside you on the couch, napping nearby while you work, or snuggled in bed at night. If you let her, she'd happily sleep with you every night. Confident, curious, and playful, Livy loves feather wand toys and will dutifully investigate any open door. Although she hasn't met other pets yet, her easygoing personality suggests she'll adjust well with proper introductions. One of Livy's most unforgettable features is her captivating eyes, complete with what looks like perfectly applied eyeliner. As the old Maybelline slogan says, "Maybe she's born with it. Maybe it's Maybelline." In Livy's case, she definitely was. Those beautiful eyes have a way of looking right into your heart, making it impossible to resist one more cuddle, one more kiss, or one more play session. If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion who will fill your home with affection, playfulness, and endless purrs, Livy Lu is ready to become your new best friend.  She is scheduled for her spay surgery on 8/13/26 and can be adopted by 8/17.  She is available for visits at her foster home in Lake Nona as soon as 8/7 once an application has been reviewed and approved.   Most of Dexter's Kitties are fixed, chipped, SNAP combo tested and vaccinated for their age. The adoption fee is $150 for a kitten, $225 for two kittens. If you rent your home, we respectfully ask for your landlord or management company's information to confirm pets are allowed. If you own your home, we will check public records to confirm.      If the cat is still on our website, that means the cat is still currently available. If you have questions, your inquiries will be given priority if you submit an application at  www.DextersKitties.org . We are a volunteer team and try to respond as quickly as time allows.    And finally please remember that cats can live more than 20+ years, so this is a LIFE TIME commitment.  Please make sure you have the financial resources to cover emergency vet bills if your cat gets sick, a stable home, and someone to take the cat(s) if something heaven forbid happens and you can no longer care for them.  Thank you for adopting a rescue cat!
