My brother Jesse and I started our journey together in a kind couple’s backyard. When we were about three months old, they brought us inside and showed us something new—a safe, cozy life as indoor cats. It was a big change for me, and I’ll admit, it took some time to understand that people could be gentle, loving, and trustworthy. But with their patience, something wonderful happened… I started to open up. I discovered that pets can feel really nice, especially those magical chin scratches. And treats? Well, those definitely helped me realize that humans might be pretty great after all. Over time, I’ve learned to enjoy being near people, quietly sharing space and companionship in my own way. I may not be the kind of kitty who jumps into your lap right away—or maybe ever—but I will be there beside you. I just need a little time, a little patience, and a lot of understanding as I settle into a new home. If you’re someone who believes that love grows slowly and beautifully, I think we could be something really special.
