LAP DOG... ACCORDING TO ME Hi! I'm Laverne, an 8-month-old, 54-pound puppy... although I prefer the term "tiny lap dog." The humans keep insisting I'm too big to climb into laps. They're wrong. If I fit one paw on your leg, that's basically an invitation. I'm sweet, playful, and absolutely convinced that everyone—especially other dogs—is my new best friend. I may be 54 pounds, but I'm really just a big baby who wants love, attention, and someone to tell me I'm the prettiest girl. My adoption fee is sponsored and reduced to just $50, and before I go home I'll be spayed, microchipped, vaccinated (distemper/parvo and rabies), have a vet exam, fecal test, and basic dewormer.
