Teddy is working on his potty training, uses pee pads, and may have occasional accidents. He’s not destructive, though he may jump or knock things over when anxious, so crating is only needed in spaces with breakable items.   A fenced yard would be a bonus for Teddy since he loves the freedom to run and explore!
