Adoption Fee: $450.00 Meet Whiskey! Whiskey is a 5-month-old Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix with a playful spirit and a heart full of love! While he may be a little shy when meeting new people, it doesn't take long for him to warm up and become your loyal little shadow and best friend. This energetic puppy loves to play and can often be found entertaining himself with toys of all kinds. Whether it's a squeaky toy, a ball, or a chew bone, Whiskey is always ready for fun. Like many puppies his age, chewing is one of his favorite hobbies, so having plenty of appropriate chew toys on hand keeps him happy and occupied. Whiskey does well in his crate and settles down after a few minutes of protest, though he'd much rather be spending time with his people. He's happiest when he's included in the action and close to those he loves. After he's burned off some energy, Whiskey enjoys curling up in your lap for snuggles and quiet time. He's currently about 85% potty trained and continues to make great progress with consistency and routine. Whiskey is a sweet, affectionate, and fun-loving puppy who is looking for a family that will help him continue to grow, learn, and thrive. Ensure collars and leashes fit securely to prevent escapes. Your gentle presence and protection help them feel loved and secure. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 13 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
