Meet Gravy! Gravy is a one year old, 11 pound sweetheart with a gentle nature and a heart full of love. Like many dogs, he can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience and kindness, his true personality begins to shine. Once he feels safe, Gravy becomes a devoted companion who loves gentle pets, tasty treats, and curling up beside his favorite people. He is learning basic commands like sit, stay, and come, responds very well to redirection, and enjoys following the lead of the resident dog in his foster home. Gravy is house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends around. He thrives in a calm, predictable environment where he can settle into a routine, continue building his confidence, and feel secure. One of the most rewarding things about Gravy is watching him grow more confident each day. If you are willing to give him a little time to adjust, you will gain a loyal, loving companion who simply wants to be close to the people he trusts.
