I am not currently at the shelter because I'm growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by Mid August*.Oliver is an incredibly affectionate and fun kitten. He gives sweet gentle kisses, and shows his love with happy purrs and kneads. He’s a curious explorer, using his nose to smell the world around him. He enjoys playing fetch with his beloved toys, which he treats as his best friends. He is perfect for any family or individual looking for a new companion.You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
