YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND: Approx. 7 years old / Approx. 38 lbs. & needs to lose a lot of weight Hi, I’m Hallie! I came to Mostly Mutts when I found myself in need of a home! Thankfully, they took me in, and I am soaking up all the love and attention from the volunteers here and I heard them say that I’m now ready to find a family of my very own. I think that is the best news ever! Plan to come meet me soon and see if I am your new furry family member! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met some dogs recently at Mostly Mutts and although I didn’t want to play with them, I was interested and didn’t show any aggression. If you have a nice dog at home, let’s meet and see if we can be pals. / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.      • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a fluffy, gentle and sweet girl with a heart as warm as my soft fur. Bath time? I’m an absolute angel. I sit calmly, patiently letting you give me the most thorough shampooing and ear cleaning, and when it’s time to dry off, I can’t help but smile and wag my tail the whole way through. I love my walks—steady, happy steps right by your side—and I’m always ready for a cuddle when we’re back at the shelter. I can be a little shy at first, but once I know you’re kind, I’ll melt into your arms with all the sweetness I have to give. I’m calm, friendly, and a little on the chunky side (more to love, right?). I’m just looking for someone who will cherish me as much as I’ll adore them. / Energy level: 3-5.    • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘leave it’ commands and I look forward to learning more. Let's continue my training together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs! / My crate manners are good. / My potty manners are good on the shelter schedule.    • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love to go for walks and get lots of attention from my people. I may like treats too much so I am on the green bean diet—please ask about this—and let’s take lots of walks to help me lose some weight! I’m sure we’ll find more things we like to do together! / I’m not interested in toys yet, but maybe you could teach me how much fun they can be, and like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I have moderate tartar on my teeth, so my adoptive family should consult with their vet and consider a dental cleaning in the future. I’m looking for a great home with a loving family! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
