Description

Meet Watson, the gray kitten who loves to play! Watson was found behind a Target in Watsonville and was in some loving foster homes to be cared for while he waited to be old enough to be adoptable! Watson is a true hunter: he loves to chase wand toys and to wrestle with stuffed animals that are bigger than him! He is also very curious and loves to climb on anything he can get his paws on, including people! As he got older, he solicited cuddle time a bit more, but he tends to get squirmy again and run around. He met a resident adult cat and was very curious and followed him around everywhere. A home with a cat who doesn’t mind a curious kitten could be a good fit!As with any kitten, we are looking for an indoor home for Watson to keep him safe and healthy!Watson is available for preadoption - come meet him, fall in love and take him home after his neuter surgery!Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
