Hi!  My name is LIL JOE! I am an adorable harlequin lop boy who is estimated to be 2 years old. My rescue story began outside on a very hot 94 degree day, I was alone, frightened, uncomfortable and very hungry when the humans from the rescue scooped me up and brought me inside to a nice cool foster home. I LOVE it here! My foster family calls me "special" and says I am the most social bunny that has ever come through their home. I've met these things called cats and dogs and they don't bother me at all.  My litter box habits are impeccable and I am a huge fan of head pets when my foster mom comes to sit with me.....they feel really good! I love my hidey box and free roam time and I'm experimenting with many different kinds of fresh greens, romaine and cilantro are very tasty and I really love Kale but I'm told that I can't have that too often...Dang it! I'd love a home with lots of free roam time so I can show off my zoomies and binkies! All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).  We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA.        If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website:  http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com.  For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement.  Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.
