Weighing 69 lbs, Chloe was transferred from Lancaster after being surrendered due to landlord issues and is ready for a fresh start.     Chloe is easy to handle, walks beautifully on leash, and has a calm, low-to-medium energy level. She's still a young dog who is building confidence and can be timid in new situations, so she needs a patient adopter who will let her go at her own pace.
