Hi Everyone!   My name is Sia and I am a 2 year old shih tzu mix. I am a spunky little gal and I weigh in at about nine pounds. I get along great with the other dogs and cat here in my foster home but foster Mom says I am a pretty independent kind of dog. I guess that means I would be fine as an only pet or could co-exist with another dog or kitty cat. Truthfully, I prefer the company of my humans. I will follow you around the house all day, and I love to curl up next to you on the sofa in the evenings. My favorite channel is Animal Planet, what is yours?   I am house trained if kept on a regular schedule and do well in my crate at night. My favorite thing to do is jump up on the back of the chair and watch what is going on in the neighborhood. I am a little shy meeting new people but I make friends pretty quickly. I do like to bark when someone rings the doorbell (just in case you didn't hear the bell).   I also enjoy spending time in the yard and hanging out on the deck. I have officially joined the other dogs to help patrol the back yard from those silly squirrels. They like to run along the top of the fence and get us to chase after them barking, it really is great fun! Because of my small size, children over 10 would be best and a fenced yard will be a big bonus. I promise to keep those squirrels at bay!
