Meet Powder!! Beautiful Powder is a Bulldog mix. She is the most special, precious girl!!! You have to meet her to fully see. She is all white aside from a few brown spots on one ear. She weighs about 20 lbs and is  nearly 5 months old.  She has a funny disposition. She loves to play, to snuggle, and to nap! She has quite the personality. Silly, funny, and sweet! Powder gets along great with all of the dogs in her foster home. Having said this, she truly deserves a home of her own.
