UPDATE!!✨ Meet Momma Mollie. This sweet girl was found as a stray and birthed 7 beautiful babies. She’s a gorgeous blue Merle Catahoula mix. She’s 3-5 years old and 35-40ish lbs. Poor girl is absolutely terrified but is the sweetest and hasn’t offered up any aggression. She’s great with all size dogs and cats. She’s great mommy. She will need a very patient and loving family to help her adjust into the “real and good” life. An older calmer household likely would be better even though she doesn’t mind children. She uses a doggy door and keeps a clean kennel. She’s utd, hw tested and will be adoption ready in the coming weeks once her babies are weaned and she can be spayed. We are taking apps now and will be reserving her to the perfect forever home.  Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $145 is due at pick up. Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications!
