The shelter has been an overwhelming place for this beautiful gir.. With so many unfamiliar sights, sounds, and people, she was understandably unsure when she first arrived. But day by day, she's beginning to learn the routine and realize that the volunteers caring for her are here to help. As her walls slowly come down, we're catching glimpses of the gentle, loving dog waiting to bloom.She has all the signs of becoming a loyal, affectionate companion once she feels safe. What she needs most isn't more time in a kennel—it's a quiet home, a patient heart, and someone willing to let her discover that she's finally where she belongs.Every day she spends in the shelter is another day she's waiting for the chance to truly shine. We believe her best days are still ahead, but they won't happen behind kennel walls.If you're looking for a sweet soul who will reward your patience with unwavering love and loyalty, this stunning girl is ready to start her next chapter. All she needs is someone to believe in her.Cassidy recently met some social dogs at our shelter and did fine.  She wasn’t ready to play, but we hope that as she gets more experience in our shelter playgroups, she’ll be ready to show us her silly side with other dogs.  She's also sharing her shelter suite with a friend she met at the shelter.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match!  Check out her playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
