After she and her younger sister, Melody, were rescued, they were found to be severely neglected and malnourished. And since then, Gurro has also faced several surgeries with incredible courage. Today, she's happily healthy. Through every challenge, one thing has never changed: the love and comfort she and Melody have found in each other.Now, Gurro is ready to leave the hard days behind and begin the life she's always deserved.A quiet, gentle girl with a heart of gold, Gurro is happiest when she's curled up beside the people she loves—or even better, snoozing on her foster dad. She's the definition of a lap cat, soaking up every bit of affection with a contented rumble that seems to never end. In fact, her amazing foster mom says that Gurro's superpower is her enthusiastic purr. Once you start petting her, we promise you'll see what we mean.This girl embraces life's simple pleasures: a cozy lap, a soft bed, a delicious meal of wet food and spending time with her beloved humans and with Melody.While she can be a little tentative when meeting new people or animals, Gurro's lived smoothly with dogs, a kitten and visitors and just needs a little time to settle in.
