Melody has standards.Like her sister, Gurro, Melody came into rescue after being severely neglected and malnourished. Together they've overcome a difficult beginning and, with the care of their incredible foster mom, blossomed into the loving companions they were always meant to be. They've leaned on each other through life's biggest challenges, and their bond is as endearing as it is unbreakable. So these two charming girls must be adopted together.Every bit as sweet as she looks, Melody is friendly, easygoing and sometimes a little shy. She's happiest indulging in the simple comforts of home—sharing your lap, taking naps, savoring her meals and snacks and snuggling with Gurro. She's been around dogs, a kitten and visitors with absolutely no fuss, choosing mostly to politely observe before returning to what she does best: living life at her own peaceful pace.Melody will thrive in a calm home with adults, with or without older teens, who appreciate a cat who doesn't need to be the center of attention to steal your heart.
