Description
A survivor of the tough Brooklyn streets who never lost his gentleness. Despite losing both of his eyes/sight, Vinnie is a young, smart and playful boy. He is extremely intelligent, inquisitive and loves to explore without fear. You will hear him punctually chirp for his food, and randomly meow to see if you’re home/around. He likes to listen and talk, a true great companion! Play wise, give him a puzzle toy or something with sound and the guy is entertained. He is gentle, might hiss if you try to randomly approach so make sure you put your hand near his nose and announce your next move. In all honesty, you can treat him as a normal cat, just add describing what you’re doing or what’s going on around the guy. Vinnie was treated at the Brooklyn Cat Cafe for abnormal globes, micro ophthalmia with severe symblepheron. It’s a miracle that he survived on the streets on his own and it is time for him to enjoy a better life indoors. This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat. This is a courtesy listing, meaning the cat(s) are being offered for adoption by a rescuer, rescue group, or individual unaffiliated with the Brooklyn Cat Cafe or Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition. As BBAWC has not evaluated the animal(s) we therefore cannot provide information on health or temperament. After we receive an application, we will connect you with the current caretaker of this cat.
