Poppy is an approximately 2.5-year-old, 30-ish pound sweetheart who is looking for her forever family. She is a wonderful, loving, and friendly girl who enjoys the company of other dogs and does very well with them. Poppy has a confident personality and likes to make sure everyone knows she is a special girl! When a new dog arrives, she may try to show off a little and act like she is in charge, but it is all part of her personality. She has never hurt another dog and quickly settles down once she understands everything is okay. She responds very well to her name and is a smart girl who wants to please. Poppy is affectionate, obedient, and full of personality. She would make a wonderful companion for a family looking for a loyal, fun, and loving addition to their home. Poppy will arrive in Albion, NY at the end of August and we would love to have a family waiting for her! Please note: All dogs are rescues, so we often do not know their actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like. Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested (if age appropriate), put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico.
