Hi, I'm Watermelon! I'm a 25 lb Chihuahua/Dachshund mix and the proud mama of the Summertime litter. Now that my puppies are growing up, I'm ready to soak up all the love and attention in a forever home of my own!I'm a fun, spunky little lady with a playful personality and a big heart. I love making new dog friends, spending time with my people, and when it's time to relax, don't be surprised if I crawl right into your lap for snuggles! Whether we're heading out on an adventure or spending a cozy day on the couch, I'm happiest just being with my family. I can get excited and bouncy when I'm having fun, and I'm still polishing up my leash skills, but with a little patience and consistency, I know I'll keep improving.I would do great with friendly canine companions who enjoy playing and have good social skills. I'm also quick on my feet, so I'll need a family that's mindful around doors and willing to help me continue building confidence on leash and as I settle into home life.
