Caliente is a 1-year old adoring guy looking for his forever home!This handsome stripey boy is like glue! He's obsessed with his people and wants to be by your side, preferably touching you, at all times. He is very reserved at first, but give him a couple of hours and as soon as he realizes he can trust you, he doesn't want to leave your side.Caliente is a medium-energy guy. He likes to play with the other cats in the house but he doesn't get too crazy; I've never seen him have zoomies.He is currently in a home with 5 resident cats, a 55-pound dog, and 2 humans. Caliente adores and gets along well with everyone in the house.This lovely boy has truly been through a lot. Tragically, he was likely hit in the past, so doesn’t do well with sudden movements or loud noises; for this reason, a gentle, quiet house without children is best for his needs. He will thrive in a patient, loving home where he can be with two- and four-legged friends at all times. He needs to have another cat in the home; he is submissive and relies on kitty companionship to feel confident…plus, he just loves to play and snuggle with his kitty friends!Caliente must live in a place where his humans work from home or are around a lot. He needs to sit near you on all the furniture, sleep with you in your bed, and never leave your side as you go about your day; this guy does not vote for solo “alone time,” ever! The reward for this constant companionship is an unending supply of love and trust.
