Meet Pilsner! Pilsner is a beautiful 7 month old Catahoula mix with a heart as big as her puppy paws. After just a few months in her adoptive home, Pilsner unexpectedly found herself back with OPARI. While returns are never easy, we know this sweet girl has a bright future ahead and the perfect family is still out there waiting for her. Since returning to foster care, Pilsner has reminded us exactly who she is: a happy, goofy, affectionate puppy. She loves meeting new people, hops right into the car for adventures, and enjoys playing with other dogs. She's currently living with two adult dogs and a 4 month old puppy, and she's doing wonderfully. She especially loves wrestling and playing with the puppy while learning to respect the older girls' space. When playtime is over, Pilsner is all about the snuggles. She's a true "Netflix and chill" kind of girl who would happily spend the evening curled up beside you on the couch. Like any young puppy, she'll continue to benefit from consistency, guidance, and training as she grows. She's also working on getting back to a healthy weight and is receiving the veterinary care she needs, including treatment for an ear infection she came back with. Pilsner has been through a lot in a short amount of time, but she hasn't let it dim her sweet spirit. She deserves a family that understands puppies are still learning, will give her the patience she needs to settle in, and will love her for a lifetime.
