He&#39s been fostered with dogs, cats, and kids and loves everyone he meets. He&#39s equal parts cuddle bug and playmate -- happy to curl up near his people or show off his toy skills. And this boy is SMART! Arlo already knows sit, down, touch, spin, paw, heel, and center. Basically, he&#39s adorable, fun, and ready for his forever family.
