*** Check Out My Video Album Below! *** Meet Maggie Mae, affectionately known as Mags - a sweet young Pyr who was found as a stray in a ditch in Alabama. When Mags first arrived, she was terrified, but she's come a long way with her social skills. She's still a bit shy at first, but she warms up quickly, and once she does, she loves attention and soaks up all the love you can give her. This girl is a puppy through and through - playful, a little stubborn, and always up for a game of chase or a romp with her toys. She loves other dogs and gets along great with them, though she'll bark if a playmate won't engage or if another dog intimidates her - just her way of finding her voice, which she's still working on! She's an average barker overall. Mags is housebroken, and learning to walk nicely on a leash. She's working on her obedience training and house manners, and with her medium-high activity level, she'd do best in an active, loving home that can keep up with her energy and playful spirit. She’d love a yard with a 4-foot fence where she and her future canine brother can run and play together! She doesn’t dig, and is happy to be indoors or outdoors, though she does appreciate the comfort of the A/C on a warm day. Being so young, Mags would likely do well with cats and kids, though this hasn't been confirmed yet. As for people, she loves them - she just needs a little time to warm up before she shows you her affectionate side. And when it comes to treats, this girl isn't picky in the slightest - she likes food of any kind! This dog travels with an Interstate Health Certificate required by the USDA confirming that all the above criteria have been met.
