FOSTER NEEDED: Nova is a 2-year-old female Red Heeler mix who needs a loving foster home while she undergoes treatment for heartworms. She’s listed as special needs due to her diagnosis, but PAHS will cover all her treatments and provide everything she’ll need—food, bedding, and more. This little beauty weighs just 24 pounds, so she’s not a big dog at all. Her coat is mostly white with red “freckles,” and she has striking solid red markings around her eyes and ears. Nova is a total sweetheart with a charming personality, and she gets along great with kids and other dogs.
