Meet Ted Lasso and Higgins, two gray and white brothers who are the definition of "opposites attract." One is a fearless little explorer, the other is a gentle sweetheart, and together they make the perfect pair. Ted is convinced the whole world was made for him to investigate. Child gates are simply suggestions. Dressers are there to be climbed. Closets absolutely deserve an inspection. If there's something new to try, Ted is already halfway through doing it before anyone else has thought about it. He is endlessly curious, incredibly confident, and completely convinced that everyone wants to be his friend. Higgins prefers to watch Ted's latest adventure before deciding if it looks like a good idea. If Ted discovers a new favorite perch or toy, Higgins will probably give it a try a few days later. He has a soft, thoughtful personality and loves being close to his people once he feels comfortable. His foster describes him as a tiny butler because he's always politely nearby, quietly keeping an eye on everything. When Ted isn't busy soaking up the attention, Higgins happily melts into pets, leans against your legs, and curls up beside you for a cozy nap. These two are happiest together. Ted leads the way while Higgins follows close behind, making sure his brother always has a wrestling partner, a nap buddy, and someone to chase wand toys with. Ted frequently decides Higgins makes the perfect pillow, and Higgins patiently puts up with all of his brother's lovable chaos. They eat together, play together, nap together, and clearly take comfort in always having each other close by. Both boys are playful, energetic kittens who love feather wands, crinkly toys, and anything that lets them show off their silly side. Once they've burned off all that kitten energy, they become affectionate cuddle bugs who just want to be near their people. Ted especially loves sleeping on your neck or shoulder and may even give your face a few tiny kisses while you sleep. Ted has an old injury to one eye that leaves the pupil permanently enlarged and limits his vision on that side, but you would never know it from the way he lives his life. He climbs, jumps, explores, and tackles every new adventure with complete confidence. Both kittens have excellent litter box habits, use scratching posts, and have done well around a small dog. Ted greets new experiences with excitement, while Higgins likes a little extra time to settle in before showing everyone just how sweet he really is. They are expected to do well with gentle, respectful children and would love a home where they can continue to grow together. Ted gives Higgins the confidence to be brave, and Higgins gives Ted a best friend who is always there when playtime is over. They have spent their whole lives side by side, and they are looking for a family that will love them just as they are.
