Description

Meet Corazon, a 2-year old friendly kitty looking for her forever home!Corazon is a people-oriented gal. Her daily objective is to find the lap of a human friend and stay close for the rest of the day. She loves pets, snuggles, people friends, and batting all loose objects off of tables! Corazon is low-energy and prefers to sit and relax, whether that be in the window to birdwatch or in the lap of a friend — the latter of which is preferred. Corazon has an enlarged heart as a result of taurine deficiency. She is not on meds at the moment, but will need an echocardiograph every 12 months. Although her heart enlargement will require long term management, it doesn’t impact her day-to-day. She is a healthy kitty with lots of love to give!Corazon lives in a foster home with 5 resident cats, a dog, and two humans. She is not a fan of the resident cats or the dog, and while she will tolerate them if necessary she vastly prefers the company of her humans and spends most of the day hanging out in a separate room. She would thrive in a home where she could be a solo kitty and soak up undivided attention from her loved ones. Corazon would do well in a home with kids of any age – the more attention and love, the better! If you’re looking for a people oriented and friendly cat to join your home, Corazon is ready to become your new best friend!— — —There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown.
