At just 3 months old, Dot is a sweet little kitten who's still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people or exploring new surroundings, but with a little patience and a lot of love, her gentle personality begins to shine.Once Dot feels safe, she'll reward you with quiet companionship, soft purrs, and the cutest little moments that make earning her trust so special. Give her a chance, and she'll show you just how sweet she truly is.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
