Meet Ashston, a 2-year-old male Husky mix who would like you to know that hehas places to go, things to investigate, and absolutely no time to wastestanding around discussing it. This energetic guy is basically in constantmotion, and his Husky brain is clearly running several side quests at alltimes!Ashston came to the shelter with another dog, so he may be dog friendly. A meet and greet is recommended to makesure he finds the right canine companion. He is currently stressed in hiskennel, which is understandable when you`re a high-energy guy who would muchrather be out exploring than sitting in a small space.Once Ashston gets out of his kennel, he may pull initially because, in hismind, the important thing is GO! He is very active and independent and likesto do things on his own schedule. Ashston is friendly, but he`s not the typeto immediately throw himself into your arms. He prefers to get to know youon his terms and in his own time-and honestly, he probably thinks making youwait a little makes the eventual friendship more meaningful.Ashston is looking for someone who appreciates an active, independent dogwith plenty of personality.
