Billy is an adorable little Manx with no tail! He is just beginning to learn that people can be kind and that he’s finally safe. While he maybe a little cautious at first, each day his confidence grows a little more. Billy loves to play with his kitten friends, and once he trust you, he happily melts into gentle pets and cuddles. With a patient, loving family, Billy is sure to blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion.
