Originally from an open-air shelter without the benefit of air conditioning and temperatures in the triple digits, Phoebe made the long journey to Utah in search of the loving home she deserves. Despite her rough start, she's kept her joyful spirit and is ready to start her next chapter. She absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive with a playful canine companion. Cats, on the other hand, are just a little too fascinating for Phoebe, so she'd do best in a cat-free home. Phoebe has a sweet, sensitive soul and a gentle, submissive personality. She responds best to kindness, patience, and positive reinforcement, and once she feels safe, her affectionate and goofy side shines through. If you're looking for a fun-loving, loyal companion who will brighten your days with her happy spirit and loving heart, Phoebe might be the perfect match! Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200.
