7/29 Kevin (Golden Retriever) and Benny (Golden mix- possibly Kevin's son?) These 2 sweet boys were found on the side of a road, in a ditch, in 100⁰ weather, with no water nearby. It was a very remote area with no homes nearby. Sadly, Benny had been hit by a car at some point, so he has a little bit of a limp. But it was already healing and the vet didn't feel that we could do anything. He does not appear to be painful but would probably benefit from some joint supplements. We would really like to keep these 2 together if possible. They've been through a lot and relied on eachother for survival and comfort. They are both so sweet and loving. Kevin has all the personality traits of a Golden Retriever. Benny is slightly more reserved and shy but is also very loving once he gets to know you. They are both very good with other dogs, big and small, not not good with cats. We believe they are both around 2-3 years old. They are good with kids. They are both house trained, and low-moderate energy level. They are both heartworm positive. Treatment will be provided by us. Please give these boys a share to help us find them a good home! Located in Arkansas. They can be adopted in Arkansas or the northeast. Transport to northeast states available once they complete heartworm treatment.
