Hi, I'm Stander. I'm a sweet, gentle girl who is looking for a second chance.I grew up in a home with way too many cats. My mom loved me very much, but she simply couldn't keep us all, so she made the heartbreaking decision to surrender me. I was never unwanted, just caught in a situation no one could fix.Now I'm living in a cage, and it's been a big adjustment. I miss stretching out in a sunny window, exploring at my own pace, and having a home to call my own. More than anything, I just want to be part of a family again.I do have one little quirk... every now and then I give a tiny love nibble when I'm feeling playful or excited. Because of that, I'd probably do best in a home without babies or very young children. I would never mean to hurt anyone, but I want to make sure I'm the right fit for my forever family.If you're looking for a gentle companion with a lot of love to give, I hope you'll come meet me. I promise my biggest wish isn't a fancy bed or a basket of toys.
