Uno is a 1-year-old Heeler mix who weighs 33 pounds and is ready to find a family to call his own! This happy-go-lucky guy is full of energy, loves to stay busy, and is always up for an adventure. Whether it's hiking, playing fetch, or joining you on your daily walks, Uno will happily be your sidekick. Like many young dogs, Uno is still polishing his manners. He'll benefit from continued work with crate training, leash walking, and basic obedience to help him become the best companion he can be. Uno was previously house trained using a doggie door, so while he understands the basics, he'll do best on a consistent potty schedule in a home without one. Uno is reportedly dog- and cat-friendly, making him a great candidate for a home with other furry family members. He would thrive in an active home that can provide regular exercise, mental enrichment, and continued training. With his fun-loving personality and eagerness to learn, Uno is sure to make a wonderful companion for a family ready to invest in this smart, energetic pup. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
