Gwen – Sweet, Gentle, and Affiliative Gwen is a 8-year-old German Shepherd Dog mix weighing 68 pounds. She’s a lovely, affectionate girl who enjoys being close to her people and is eager to engage especially when there are treats involved. Easy walking companion: Gwen walks nicely on leash with very little pulling and appears likely to be potty trained, eliminating promptly once outside. Affectionate and gentle: She approaches her person for attention and happily accepts pets and affection, especially when invited in gently. Smart and food motivated: Gwen quickly discovers the treat pouch and is ready to participate! She enjoys find-it games, knows “sit” and is practicing “down”. Responsive and adaptable: She may bark when another dog passes by, but she can be redirected easily and return her focus to her person. Gwen would do best with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with appropriate dog friends.
