We always try our best to rehabilitate semi-feral cats when they seldom arrive, because we believe in keeping our feline friends safe indoors- but it doesn't always go as planned! Butch is around 4-5 years old, and has made it clear he will not be acclimating to humans or a soft & cushy lifestyle. Butch is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to rid your property of vermin! Adoption fee $50! All cats are spayed/neutered (deposit required if too young), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. HSBC has a policy of not declawing, which is included on our Adoption Contract.  We do not do same day adoptions.
