Szyani

Description

I am Szyani, but just call me Sunny.  I am an 18 year old female green cheek conure (I did lay an egg once when I was like 11 years old).  But don't let my age make you think I am not full of energy.  I'm also quite curious and cuddly and will never say no to a treat.  I love veggies of all kinds and I devour carrots, zucchini, corn and peppers.  I also love pretzels and peanuts.  I prefer my cage open so I can come out and fly around, I enjoy chilling on peoples shoulders.  I am almost perfect...almost...I do have a slight biting problem.  Fingers are my biggest nemesis, as I do seek them out to bite.  I would need a family who is familiar with conure behavior (which this is a common conure behavior) and patience to train me out of this.  But I am full of personality and love bopping to songs and whistles.  I also do like to be wrapped in a towel.  You will see me close my eyes and you can give my head and neck a lil massage.   Her adoption fee is $150 To adopt Szyani, fill out an application at www.kakf.org/forms
