Description

Tootsie is such a little sweetheart that comes with a condition that just makes her even more special and endearing. Her eyes are slightly deformed (we think it gives her such a sweet face) which results in her having limited vision. She can definitely see to some extent though because she’ll look you in the eye and squint up at you to show you she means no harm! She's a happy little love bug and she doesn’t let her condition slow her down. She’s a little insecure like the rest of her litter but with some love and guidance she’ll learn to be a confident girl. She loves to see her litter mates and she is so happy to be out walking with her people.
