Meet Yuba, a 2-year-old shepherd mix with a happy heart! At 34 pounds, she’s a bundle of fun—big enough for adventures, small enough for your lap. On a recent field trip, Yuba rode quietly in the car, walked nicely on leash with very little pulling, and politely passed strangers. This delightful pup loves exploring but will happily check in for affection and treats. While she sometimes got a little excited and vocal when she spotted other dogs, she needed just a little help to stay focused. Yuba has done well in shelter playgroups, sometimes playing with other dogs and other times just hanging out and doing her own thing. She could thrive as a solo pup, or with a well-matched dog companion. If you're looking for a fun-sized adventure buddy with lots of love to give, Yuba is ready to wiggle her way into your life!
