Description

Phineas is the friendliest little tabby you will ever meet. We estimate him to be 12-13 weeks old. He is fond of human attention and enjoyed shoulder time with his foster and would greet everyone that visited. He is also very playful and ribbons are his favorite. He also has enjoyed wrestling with his foster brothers Flynn (FCID# 6/16/26-97) and Fernie (FCID# 6/16/26-95) who he could be adopted with. When not playing he liked having lots of time to look out the windows or settling for a nap nearby.
