Backstory:  For 3 weeks in mid May this little guy was surviving off bugs and trash from a rural neighborhood.  When a good neighbor finally noticed he didn’t belong to anyone, signs went up, nothing on social media. The only answer , he was dumped like trash with his harness still on. the good neighbor reached out for help from a trapper and he was finally safe on June 11 ✨ we do not know his story before but he is the sweetest boy who just loves to Spin to show his happiness hence his name, Spinolli  Foster states he is exceptionally sweet, calm and gets along great with resident dogs. He is Heartworm positive and has medication to take. He will need heart worm treatment and will be covered by HBR if adopter uses an HBR approved vet for treatment.
