Legend is a 9 month male Shepherd mix whose handsome looks are sure to make you look twice! His striking good looks are matched by the cutest pair of ears, where his left ear stands tall while his right ear flops over, giving him a one-of-a-kind charm that's impossible to resist. This fun-loving pup is always ready for an adventure. Legend loves jogging around the park, especially when he gets to run alongside his doggie neighbors. And on warm days, you'll often find him happily splashing in the kiddie pool with all the joyful puppy energy you would expect from a youngster his age. Legend is smart, active, and eager to learn … so he has all the potential to become an incredible companion with a family who will continue teaching him and helping him grow. Sadly, this is Legend's second stay at the shelter, which is hard to understand since he has been both a great office dog and a staff favorite. Everyone who spends time with him soon falls for his sweet personality and playful spirit. Now all Legend needs is a family to see what we already know - that he's an amazing young dog who deserves a forever home where he'll never have to wonder where he belongs again. The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter surgery, a 1-year rabies shot, an fvrcp shot (feline distemper/upper respiratory vaccine), test for feline aids and leukemia, deworming, and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. Phone: 770-214-3590.
