How do you find a 5-month-old puppy wandering around with a rope tied around his neck? Sadly, someone did. Thankfully, they stopped, picked him up, and brought her to us at Everglades Angels Dog Rescue. Meet Morgan. She is just a baby with her whole life ahead of her.
