Meet Rugen! This gorgeous boy was found living outside with his siblings as a young kitten. A kind family took him in and has been taking excellent care of him while he grows healthy and strong! Rugen is a sweet lover boy who would be held 24/7 if he could be. He loves affection from humans and playtime with his friends, human and feline alike. Rugen would do well in a home with other cats. He has not yet met dogs, but he should adjust well to kind canine friends. Rugen is about 12 weeks old.  His adoption fee of $100 includes neuter surgery, Rabies vaccine, FVRCP and FeLV vaccines (2 rounds) and a microchip. All vet records will be provided to Rugen's adopter. Rugen is  in our owner foster program, meaning he is not in a Rose's Rescue volunteer foster home. The family who found Rugen is caring for him until he finds a home, and the rescue is covering his vetting expenses and helping coordinate adoption.
